At the end of Oberhofstraße stands – separately signposted - the “Pacciushaus” (No. 31). Nikolaus Paccius served as a Catholic pastor in Großwinternheim from 1698 to 1717. The building, constructed in a late classical style in 1847, served as a Catholic confession school.

Here, at the former exit of the village towards Schwabenheim, there was until 1807 the “Wasempforte”, named after the Schindanger, located outside the wall.

Opposite the “Pacciushaus,” a narrow inconspicuous path branches off to the right, known as the Bullenpfädchen. It marks the former course of the eastern village fortifications. Garden walls and parts of buildings directly abut the historical boundary or still partially incorporate the last hidden remnants.
