The tourist information is open for you at the following times: Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

We would be happy to support you in planning your personal stay in Ingelheim.

The tourist information is also the ticket office for all events in the kING culture and congress hall, the Ingelheimer Winzerkeller and other events in Ingelheim. Please understand that advance ticket sales are only possible on site. Telephone reservations of tickets will not be accepted.
