The restaurant has been in operation since March 2016 and is run by Oliver and Inka Benz along with a great team. The benzoliver team places great importance on regionality, fresh products, and cuisine for everyone! Everything is prepared, cooked, and creatively served on-site. Indulge in a delicious dinner, a glass of wine from the region, or a freshly tapped Rheinhessen-Bräu beer in a cozy atmosphere, or easily bring the delicious cuisine home via catering – benzoliver, always a delight.
