The church, built between 1791 and 1811, was expanded in 1960 by a transept. The church features altars from the Carmelite church in Mainz, which can be dated to around the year 1720, as well as three life-sized wooden figures of Saints Theresa, Benedict, and Bernard from the same period. The choir stalls date back to around the year 1700.
