Passing on Life Memories
Movie Afternoon

In the 28-minute documentary *Passing on. Gegenwarten*, young filmmaker Emma Lou Paleit accompanies her 90-year-old grandmother Monika—who suffers from dementia—through her home and, in doing so, through her life memories. Together, grandmother and granddaughter share the stories of a long and eventful life. The film explores the themes of passing on and letting go in a sensitive and humorous way. Following the screening, there will be an opportunity to discuss the documentary over coffee and cake.

A joint event with Freunde Ingelheimer Filmkultur e. V. (F!F) and the Senior Citizens’ Office of the City of Ingelheim am Rhein.
