On the Trail of Wine Aromas – Small Wine Sensory Seminar
Dive into the fascinating world of wine aromas! In our wine sensory seminar, you will discover how diverse wine can smell and taste – and what is behind these aromas. We will investigate the question: How do the wine aromas actually get into the wine?
Learn how to recognize a Riesling or Pinot Noir just by smelling, and discover how fruit, wood, and maturity present themselves in the glass. We will train our senses, taste, compare, and enjoy – with wines from the Ingelheim vintners.
At the end, we will focus on the exciting combination of wine and food: Small snacks will demonstrate how aromas complement each other or create a striking contrast. A delightful workshop for all who want not just to drink wine, but to understand it.
