"Roman Stones - Young Wines“

Rheinhessen is embarking on the Roman Year in 2026. Join the tour guides from Ingelheim on a quest to discover Roman traces in Ingelheim. Roman stones and young wines combine cultural and wine enjoyment: Come with us on an exploratory journey to Roman and late antique finds in the museum at the Kaiserpfalz.
In addition to the Roman-era objects in the museum, something very special awaits you: there are some finds from a villa rustica in Großwinternheim “to touch”.
Afterwards, we will make our way to the winery to enjoy a tasting of 4 wines from the freshly filled 2025 vintage with the winemakers.
