Wine meets Chocolates – Balancing Act with a Guarantee of Enjoyment

The Ingelheim Vinothek invites you to an exciting tasting: on November 7, 2026 at 3 p.m., everything in the wine cellar revolves around the combination of wine and chocolates.
Christine Jung from the Purer Genuss confectionery and Kathrin Saaler – head of the Ingelheim Vinothek – will take guests on a very special enjoyment tour.
There are many parallels already in the history of viticulture and chocolate production – both are products made with a lot of passion and skilled craftsmanship. This will be tasteable that afternoon. Guests can look forward to fine combinations of exquisite chocolates and Ingelheim wines that clearly demonstrate which type of wine pairs well with which chocolate.
