Tourist information in the wine cellar:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m 
  • Closed on Sundays and public holidays

(From April 1st the Tourist Information will be open again on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)

Changed opening hours for Carnival 2026
The tourist information in the Winzerkeller is closed on Rose Monday (February 16, 2026).

Vinothek in the wine cellar:

  •     Monday closed
  •     Tuesday to Saturday 13:00 to 19:00

Multimedia wine experience exhibition "KELLERGENOSSEN":

The exhibition is open during tourist information office hours in the Ingelheimer Winzerkeller. Entry is free.
