The election of the new Rheinhessische Wine Queen is approaching. The invited guests, including of course the local high society consisting of the mayor, manufacturers, large winemakers, and former majesty, are looking forward to a fantastic gala evening with all the trimmings: a cheerful moderator Vincent de Mooie, a delicious menu, beautiful candidates, and of course fantastic wines. In short, it could be a wonderful event. Could be. Because unfortunately, for one of the attendees, it will be the last glass of wine...

But was it really a perfidious murder or just a tragic accident? Former Scotland Yard investigator Caroline Taylor quickly takes over the investigations and is soon convinced: Everyone somehow has a motive here. But how are Instagram accounts, hazelnut nougat chocolates, or salad bowls supposed to help in clarifying this strange death case?
