Exclusive ‘wine culinary experience’ in the historic vaulted cellar

This culinary event combines the culinary artistry of Engler's restaurant with the winemaking expertise of three Ingelheim wine merchants. Under the motto ‘Engler's meets Ingelheim wine merchants’, guests can look forward to an enjoyable evening in the Ingelheim wine cellar with fine flavours, exquisite wines, creative cuisine and regional diversity. The wines accompanying the menu come from the cellars of the Bettenheimer, Baum-Barth and Arndt F. Werner wine merchants.

After a stylish champagne reception with amuse-bouches in the historic vaulted cellar, a lovingly composed three-course menu with accompanying wines will be served. Guests can choose between classic and vegetarian options. Both variations pay homage to seasonality, regionality and creative craftsmanship.

The cost of the ‘Weinkulinarium’ is 89 euros per person (for the menu, sparkling wine, wines and water).
