‘Sweet Tooth Wine Tasting’ featuring Beerenauslese and Eiswein

On Friday 4 September at 7 pm, things are set to get really sweet at the Ingelheim Winzerkeller: the Ingelheim Vinothek’s ‘Süßmäulchen’ wine tasting is all about the tempting world of sweet wines. At this special wine tasting in the historic vaulted cellar, Ingelheim’s Red Wine Queen Laura Schlösser and Lukas Weitzel from the Ingelheim Vinothek will be serving not only delicately fruity Kabinett wines and full-bodied Spätlese wines, but also concentrated Auslese wines, precious Beerenauslese wines and even the extremely rare Eiswein. Naturally, a sparkling Sekt or Secco to accompany the wines is also a must. As a special highlight, a matured rarity will be served.

The ‘Sweet Tooth Wine Tasting’ at the Ingelheim Winzerkeller offers a journey through the full spectrum of fine sweet wines. Guests discover how natural residual sweetness, fruit acidity and craftsmanship come together harmoniously in the glass. The tasting is rounded off with a selection of small treats – from tangy cheese to bacon-wrapped dates and chocolate – all perfectly paired with the sweet wines. This makes for an evening in the tasting cellar that is a real treat for anyone who loves to enjoy life’s sweeter side.

Tickets, priced at 59 euros, are available from the Tourist Information Centre/Vinothek in Ingelheim (Binger Straße 16) or online via the Erlebnis-Shop.
