Set in the historic centre of Ober-Ingelheim, the garden, with its winding paths, provides the perfect backdrop for a wonderful journey into the world of music and imagination. Guests of all ages can look forward to two action-packed days filled with music, creativity and hands-on activities.
‘Herr Kuddelmuddel’ will keep spirits high on the festival grounds with ‘(K)indie-Pop’ and funny wordplay. At times, Herr Kuddelmuddel accompanies the Krachopa on the Kracheisenbahn through the rhythm jungle; at others, everyone sings and dances together to a lively, bustling song.

Jörn Kölling presents a completely different take on Pinocchio with his interactive vendor’s tray theatre. In an original production, the storyteller brings Pinocchio’s adventures to life on his mobile puppet theatre stage.
Magician “Magio” is sure to provide plenty of surprises, delighting visitors with a blend of illusion and comedy. In his inspiring show, the magician will, among other things, conjure up sweets and present the world’s fastest rabbits.
Rico Montero from “Heartbeat Entertainment” invites children and teenagers to an interactive “live songwriting” session at “Töne & TamTam”. This creative collaborative project will result in original hip-hop and rap songs.
The bagpipe band “Moguntia Pipes and Drums” takes you on a musical journey to the Scottish Highlands. With traditional Great Highland bagpipes, Scottish drums and dressed in traditional “Highland Dress”, the band will parade through the romantic castle gardens.
Of course, at “Töne & TamTam” you can do more than just listen and marvel; there are plenty of hands-on activities too: the music school at the WBZ is setting up a “music garden” with instruments to try out, whilst the “Yellow” Youth and Cultural Centre is sparking creativity with face painting and craft activities. The sound installations by artist Etienne Favre invite visitors to experiment. Unusual instruments such as giant sound wheels, boot flutes or sound rollers are designed to spark guests’ curiosity and encourage them to touch and play.
