Fair trade Ingelheim city coffee at the tourist information office

The Ingelheim Tourist Information Office now offers another Fairtrade product: in addition to fair trade Ingelheim city chocolate, the range now includes high-quality fair trade city coffee.

Ingelheim City Coffee is Fairtrade and organic certified (in accordance with Fairtrade International standards and the EU Organic Regulation). The coffee plants are cultivated sustainably and harvested under fair conditions. The coffee consists of 50 per cent Arabica and 50 per cent Robusta beans and comes mainly from Honduras and Tanzania. The product is processed and distributed by the Ingelheim-based company GZ Aromany. The packaging of Ingelheim City Coffee is also environmentally friendly. It is free of aluminium, made from renewable raw materials and is also compostable and recyclable.

Fair City Coffee is the second Ingelheim city product from the local Fairtrade Town initiative. The coffee is available in two pack sizes: 500 grams for £16.45 and 1,000 grams for £29.95. It is available at the tourist information office in the Ingelheim wine cellar (Binger Straße 16), at the museum near the Imperial Palace and at GZ Aromany.
