If you are looking for a gift or souvenir with local colour, the Tourist Information and Vinotheque team offers a colourful selection of regional products. For example, selected culinary specialities from Rheinhessen - such as herb pasta, wild herb pesto, red wine chutney, barbecue sauce, grape seed oil or wine jelly - are popular with customers. The range also includes the original Ingelheim ‘dialect crockery’ - consisting of plates, bowls and cups. The items are hand-painted and decorated with Ingelheim motifs and Rhine-Hessian sayings. Upcycling products are also on offer, including handmade jewellery made from old wine corks.
The tourist information centre in the Ingelheim Winzerkeller is open from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9 am to 2 pm. The vinotheque is open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 1 pm to 7 pm.
The tourist information team is the first port of call for all information about Ingelheim. Here you can get information on sights, guided tours, cycle tours and hiking opportunities as well as event information and tickets.
