Our winery, located in the heart of Ober-Ingelheim, is a fourth-generation family business. You can expect traditional red and white wines, but also trendy wines such as Merlot and Chardonnay. The Saalwächter Winery belongs to Ingelheim like the Imperial Palace and Pinot Noir. As early as 1853, Paul Christian Saalwächter laid the foundation for today's winery as mayor.
