Our winery, located in the heart of Ober-Ingelheim, is a fourth-generation family business. You can expect traditional red and white wines, but also trendy wines such as Merlot and Chardonnay. Specialities such as Beerenauslese and Eiswein will delight your palate, as will our cherry wine made from our own cherries. Come for a wine tasting and find your favourite wines. Wine tastings are possible for up to 30 people. Our UFFHUB-Stübche is ideally suited for family celebrations, company anniversaries or other events.

The Saalwächter Winery belongs to Ingelheim like the Imperial Palace and Pinot Noir. As early as 1853, Paul Christian Saalwächter laid the foundation for today's winery as mayor. Then as now, we are particularly enthusiastic about the Burgundy varieties from the lime-rich Ingelheim sites as well as our counterpart from the slate slopes in Assmannshausen. The J. Neus winery was founded in 1881 by Josef Neus Senior in the then world-famous red wine town of Ingelheim and has been run by the Schmitz family of entrepreneurs from Mainz since 2012. Our family runs a small vineyard in the district of Groß-Winternheim, exclusively according to the guidelines of the Federal Association for Organic Winegrowing "ECO VIN". Our focus is on the production of high-quality red wines. Sparkling, fruity white wines, fresh white herbs, sparkling wine and secco complete the assortment.
