Our winery, located in the heart of Ober-Ingelheim, is a fourth-generation family business. You can expect traditional red and white wines, but also trendy wines such as Merlot and Chardonnay. Specialities such as Beerenauslese and Eiswein will delight your palate, as will our cherry wine made from our own cherries. Come for a wine tasting and find your favourite wines. Wine tastings are possible for up to 30 people. Our UFFHUB-Stübche is ideally suited for family celebrations, company anniversaries or other events.

The Saalwächter Winery belongs to Ingelheim like the Imperial Palace and Pinot Noir. As early as 1853, Paul Christian Saalwächter laid the foundation for today's winery as mayor.
